My most memorable moment

One year ago, for my twenty one birthay, my family and I were on a gastronomic restaurant. Its' called " La buvette". It's located at Saint-Gilles. The establishment was art the origin a butcher shop styled in art-deco who gives you impression to be once again in the roaring twenties. The soul is still there.
For instance, we at on the work-top where the butcher once cut the meat.
The waiter seems to know his job, his hospitality made les directy in a good mood. He imformed us about the differents services proposed by the house : Menu's with five or eight dishes. Obvisously we took the eight dishes! It was divin! It' was haeven for papillae!
Let me explain t you why...
First, every dish was quite arts representation : each piece of the dish was cordonated to the others like a chinese garden.
The diversities of the products they proposed make me discovered food and alliance of flavours I never tryed before.
An other particularity of the place was that they used forgotten vegetables and transformed them differents textures, for exemple : emulsion, ceviche, sesame ice cream,...
In conclusion, I recommanted this pace to any food lover!
