First of all what is the comfort zone? The comfort zone is the set of good and bad situations that we are accustomed to and constitute our routine.
The routine is as simple as it should become improbable, you have to live your life without resting on your habits. Each one has its own comfort zone. Getting out of the comfort zone allows you to discover new things, activities, people or new places. Coming out of its comfort zone we will learn to know more and realize original experiences or will discover talents, new fears but above all we will make new things which is very important so that the life we lead is not monotone. Everything is good to get out of its comfort zone, we will make new experiences, we'll make new encounters, and all this is rewarding. To get out of its comfort zone you have to stay with people with the same goal and not with people at ease in their comfort zone who do not want to go out or discover the world.
