In society, we show that part of who we really are, like a piece of ice lying on the water, is a way of exposing the useful to the detriment of the real: Horrible but we are forced to do so.
Commonly called the Iceberg illusion, theory suggests that our success is comparable to an iceberg. In other words, the visible part of our success (the tip of the iceberg) represents only a fraction of what really results from it (the submerged, invisible part). Thus what other people perceive is only the final result of our work but omits in their vision the persistence, determination and discipline of our daily activities.
The iceberg represents our success, that's as people see it from us. The hidden part of the iceberg represents all the efforts and difficulties we have had to achieve this success. That's what people don't see from us.
Other people know little about us, they only know about our success but they don't know what is behind it. They do not know all the difficulties and sacrifices. When we reach our success, let us be proud! Others may be jealous of our success

In today's society, people who have succeeded in their professional lives are often looked upon with admiration or jealousy. But we must not neglect the work that has been done. Behind every success, there is work that has been done. I've been playing football in a club since I was 6 years old and when I look at professional football players, for example Cristiano Ronaldo, I know very well that it's not just talent. He worked hard every day to achieve his goals. He was determined to reach the top and has been since he was a child. His teammates told in interviews that he stayed after training to keep practicing to be the best. If someone has a dream and does not give himself any means to achieve it, he will never realize it. At school, for example, during the exam period, if you want to succeed in everything and not have a session in August, there is no secret, even if you are good at it, you can never succeed in everything. Behind success are attendance at classes, study at home, investment. In my opinion, we must provide ourselves with the means to achieve the highest objectives in terms of measuring the real situation, of course. That's why Ronaldo is a success story for me.

There is a difference between what people see and what people don't see. Many people see that the outside of a person while the inside is much more important and better to know. We see only the outside when we see a student's points but we don't see the efforts he makes at home. We can study as much as we can, but sometimes the points show the opposite, show that we have done nothing, that we have studied nothing. Understanding the difficulties of the people they have inside them, which they do not necessarily show, is important. For success there is a lot of work, a lot of sacrifice. We spend less time at rest when we are really motivated to achieve our goal. You must not lie to yourself to achieve a goal, you must always be motivated, organized and confident. About what we do and what we want to do. One thing is for sure, you should never but never give up.

We are now in a society where people who succeed in their lives are often jealous and unwelcome. You can't do something without doing something. We have to work hard to achieve the objectives we have set for ourselves. And the problem with all this is that people only pay attention to whether the person succeeds or fails in their life and in what they do. Behind that there are a lot of things. People don't always know how much we had to do to get what we wanted.
All the sacrifices, the intense hours of work, and so much more, people often don't pay attention to that. It is once again the vision of others so it is not always interesting to pay attention to it. Do your business and don't look around you, because anyway people will only look at your final success and not at everything you had to do to achieve it.
People think it's easy because they're not used to working so much, but you're the only person who can judge your work and everything you've done to achieve your goals.

The picture of the iceberg represents our society where we are living people only see visible part of our sucess some people tend to consider our sucess as a luck they think that if we succed in life it's because of luck they don't see the journey we made to be reach success. in this journey we have faced a lot of failure we failed over and over multiple times to finally acheive our goals there is a quotes say that failure is part of sucess you have to fail a lot in order to succed in your life. falling isn't the true failure, the true failure is that you didn't even try or when you quite.

But here’s the real story behind the “luck.” It’s the process and struggle of success people often never see. People only see the end goal, the glory, the monumental win. They don’t see the dedication, hard work, persistence, discipline, disappointment, sacrifices, critisism, doubts, rejection , and many failures it takes to reach success.

This is the story of Samuel who does not want to show his head. Samuel is an artist. He knows he is good at what he does because he likes what he does. He would like to share his concertos to others but he is afraid that it will grow, so he does not want to show his face.

For first, he would no longer be seen as the person he is but as the artist who sees the person in front of her. Disappointed he will realize that some loved ones have finally changed.

Second, he could no longer walk in the street without being questioned about all futility in his eyes, while the position of the applicant is totally different, it is for him a gold nugget.
He is also afraid that with success, people will not see all the hardships he went through to get where he is.

So to conclude, I would say that we should not always focus on the emerging part of the iceberg but rather on the roots of it.
